Project Management
At Airside we recognise that for a project to be successful we need to not only understand the end goals we need to understand the workings within your business, including your staff and stakeholders, your internal systems, processes and governance. Typically our services run through the entire project life cycle, not just the design and construction phases. Each project has at least one dedicated Project Manager supported by internal and external resources.
Construction Management
Whilst construction management is normally provided by your appointed contractor, we often find that clients have specific needs that require an independent standalone construction manager. These services are essential in high security environments or where significant staging is required. These services ensure that we have a hands on site management representative to keep things under your control and running smoothly.
Contracts Administration
We provide contract administration for all of our clients, it’s vital that while the project leaders are making decisions and moving forward that due process is followed to help ensure your governance policies and keep a tight reign on the communications and documentation. We provide cost control services that enhance the services normally supplied by your quantity surveyor. This will cover the global budgets that need to be integrated into effective monitoring and reporting.
Project Planning
Having a Master Plan coupled with a Strong Project Methodology is essential for any project. We will help you tailor these elements ensuring that your project needs are captured well before the project gets underway. Airside will set up specific stage gate milestones to ensure every decision is carefully reviewed to ensure it meets your long term growth and financial needs.
